MR. ARSLAN HAIDER HASHMI (Session 1997-2004) CSP OFFICER
Arslan Haider Hashmi has a distinguished academic and professional journey. During his time at CCJ, he won the Faisalabad Board Inter-Collegiate Extempore Debate and Essay Writing Championships in 2003-04. He earned a BS (Hons) in Economics and Finance with university distinction from Islamic International University Islamabad, followed by an MS in Business Administration and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. Arslan passed CSS and PMS in 2012 and was allocated to the Pakistan Military Lands and Cantonments group. He was ranked among the top 10 officers at the Civil Services Academy. He has served as Cantonment Executive Officer at Zhob, Mangla, Rawalpindi, Abbotabad, Sialkot, Quetta, and Assistant Director General Military Lands, Ministry Of Defense. He has contributed on civic and municipal uplift by administering many projects such as GIS mapping for taxation. Currently he is serving as Cantonment Executive Officer Sargodha.
