MR. FARRUKH ABBAS BALOCH (Session 1992-1998) CSP OFFICER
Farukh Abbas Baloch, a member of the first batch of CCJ, completed his F.Sc in 1998. He began his career in law enforcement as an Inspector (BS-16) with the National Highways and Motorways Police, earning three Best Police Officer Awards from different Prime Ministers for his exceptional performance. In 2012, he joined the Civil Service of Pakistan in the Office Management Group (OMG) as a Section Officer, holding key roles in ministries such as Interior, Kashmir Council, Housing & Works, and the Prime Minister’s Grievance Wing. Farrukh also served internationally as a Police Advisor in the United Nations Peacekeeping Mission in Sudan, helping maintain law and order in conflict zones. He currently serves as Director to the Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs, contributing to governance and legislative matters.
