MS. EIRIJ RUBBANI (Session 2000-2002) CSP OFFICER
Eirij is a distinguished member of Pakistan’s Civil Services, serving in the Pakistan Audit and Accounts Service (39th CTP). As Australian Awards Scholar, she earned a Master’s in Social Policy from the University of Melbourne. She also holds a Master’s in Public Policy from Forman Christian College, where she graduated Magna cum Laude with a Gold Medal, and studied International Development Studies at the University of Oslo as a NORAD scholar. Eirij has represented Pakistan at various international events and has multiple publications in international auditing magazines. With over 13 years of public sector experience, Eirij pioneered the Citizen Participatory Audit to enhance accountability and transparency. She is the lead expert on Disaster Management Audit, Citizen Participatory Audit, and the Supreme Audit Institute (SAI) Performance Measurement Framework (PMF). She also serves as an INTOSAI Development Initiative consultant on SAI PMF.
